Grenaro 1-Year Official Warranty Policy

This warranty policy applies to all Grenaro products purchased from the official website (www.grenaro.com) and authorized sales channels within India. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms outlined below. This policy is formulated in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India, to clarify warranty coverage, service procedures, and the rights and obligations of both parties.
1. Warranty Coverage & Validity Period
This official manufacturer warranty is only valid for the original first purchaser of the product and is non-transferable to any subsequent owner. The warranty period starts from the date of your original purchase, as verified by your valid order proof/invoice.

- Wireless Microphone Original Accessories: 12 Months (1 Year) official warranty
- Mobile Cooler Main Device: 12 Months (1 Year) official warranty
- Mobile Cooler Original Accessories: 12 Months (1 Year) official warranty
Core Warranty Coverage
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects, functional faults, and non-performance of core product features that match our official product description, under normal use in accordance with the product instruction manual.
2. Mandatory Prerequisites for Warranty Service
To avail any warranty service, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:
- Your warranty claim must be initiated within the 12-month warranty period from the date of original purchase.
- You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number, official invoice, payment confirmation) to verify your purchase and warranty validity.
- You must complete the warranty activation through the official link on our website, or via our customer service team, before initiating a warranty claim.
- You must cooperate with our customer service team to complete remote troubleshooting first, to confirm the product fault.
3. Warranty Service Content
After verifying the product fault and warranty eligibility, Grenaro reserves the sole and exclusive right to decide the warranty service method, either:
- Repair the faulty product: Rectify the functional/manufacturing defect to restore normal product performance; or
- Replace the product: Provide a replacement unit of the same model, or an upgraded model of equivalent value if the original model is out of stock.
Additional Replacement Rules
- Replacement units may be provided with or without original packaging and accessories, based on inventory availability, and will be guaranteed to be in fully functional condition.
- For product replacement within the warranty period, the warranty validity will continue from the original purchase date of your first order. No refund, gift card, or cash compensation will be provided under warranty service.
- We will bear the shipping cost of sending the repaired/replaced product back to you after we receive and verify the faulty unit.
4. NON-NEGOTIABLE Shipping & Liability Rules for Warranty Claims
THIS IS A CORE TERM OF OUR WARRANTY POLICY. BY INITIATING A WARRANTY CLAIM, YOU FULLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:
- Grenaro does not arrange or bear any cost for courier pickup from your location for any warranty claims.
- You are fully responsible for arranging the shipment of the faulty product to our official warranty warehouse, and must bear 100% of the courier shipping fees for sending the product to us.
- You are solely liable for any risk of loss, damage, or theft of the product during transit to our warehouse. Grenaro will not be responsible for any such issues, and will not process warranty claims for products that are lost or damaged during return transit.
- You must share the valid tracking number of the return shipment with our customer service team immediately after sending the product, for logistics tracking and verification.
5. Step-by-Step Warranty Claim Process
- Initiate Claim: Contact our customer service team within the warranty period, provide your order number, purchase proof, detailed fault description, and supporting photos/videos of the product issue.
- Remote Troubleshooting: Our team will guide you through mandatory remote troubleshooting within 24-48 working hours, to confirm the product fault and warranty eligibility.
- Return Shipment: For eligible warranty claims, we will provide you with the official warranty warehouse address and return guidelines. You must arrange and pay for the shipment of the faulty product to our warehouse within 7 days of claim approval, and share the tracking number with our team.
- Product Verification: Once we receive the faulty product, our quality inspection team will verify the fault and warranty eligibility within 3-5 working days.
- Warranty Service Execution: After successful verification, we will proceed with the repair or replacement service as per our policy. The repaired/replaced product will be shipped back to you within 7 working days of verification.
6. Cases Where Warranty Service is NOT Applicable
Grenaro will reject any warranty claim, and will not provide any repair, replacement, or refund service, under any of the following circumstances:
- The warranty claim is initiated after the 12-month warranty period has expired.
- You cannot provide valid proof of purchase, or the product serial number has been altered, removed, or tampered with.
- The product fault is caused by improper use, including but not limited to: failure to operate according to the official instruction manual, use of non-specified chargers/accessories, exposure to extreme temperatures, water logging, liquid spillage, atmospheric damage, or abnormal voltage.
- The product damage is caused by user abuse, negligence, accidental damage, reckless use, or unauthorized repair/disassembly by non-official personnel.
- The product damage is caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: lightning, natural disasters, acts of God, pest/rodent damage, theft, or accidental impact.
- Normal wear and tear of the product, including but not limited to: color fading/peeling, paint wear, scratch marks, dust accumulation affecting sound quality, or dim display under strong sunlight.
- Issues related to the look and feel of the product, or non-functional appearance defects that do not affect the core performance of the product.
- Any product that has been transferred to a second owner, or purchased from unauthorized non-official sales channels.
- Any claims for skin allergies, rashes, or other bodily reactions caused by product usage.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Grenaro’s liability under this warranty policy is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the faulty product, as outlined in this policy.
- Grenaro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, property damage, personal injury, or any other financial loss arising from the use or defect of the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- While we will make every effort to process your warranty claim and complete repair/replacement as soon as possible, we are not obligated to complete the service within a specified time frame, due to factors beyond our control such as logistics delays, inventory availability, and fault complexity.

- This warranty policy is the only official warranty statement for Grenaro products, and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, representations, or understandings related to product warranty.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India.
